MOBIBANK allows you to make transfers from your BICIM account to your Orange Money and Moov money mobile accounts in both directions, using your mobile phone.
Subscribing to MOBIBANK is free.
  1. Go to your BICIM advisor to subscribe to the service.
  2. Type #144# then 4 then 1 from your mobile phone
  3. Then select the menu <<1 : BICIM >>.
  4. Then select the menu <<1 : register for the OM-BICIM service>>
  5. Enter your Orange money secret code and confirm.
  6. You will then receive a message informing you of the imminent receipt of an SMS containing your activation key to be sent to BICIM.
  7. You will receive an SMS with your activation key to send to your BICIM advisor.
  8. To finalise your registration, you have 30 minutes to provide the activation key received by SMS, at the BICIM registration desk.
  9. Give the number received by SMS to your customer adviser, who will finalise the operation in the bank's IT system.
  10. You receive an SMS confirming your subscription to the service.

  2. Type *166# then 7 then 2 from your mobile phone
  3. Then select the menu <<4 : BICIM >>.
  4. Then select the menu <<1 : subscribe to the BICIM service>>.
  5. Enter your Moov money secret code and confirm.
  6. You will then receive a message informing you of the imminent receipt of an SMS containing your activation key to be sent to BICIM.
  7. You will receive an SMS with your activation key to send to your BICIM advisor.
  8. To finalise your registration, you have 30 minutes to provide the activation key received by SMS, at the BICIM registration desk.
  9. Give the number received by SMS to your customer adviser, who will finalise the operation in the bank's IT system.
  10. You receive an SMS confirming your subscription to the service
Thanks to MOBIBANK, you can top up your orange money account via your bank account and pay your bill securely without having to go anywhere.
Wherever you are, via your mobile phone you can fund your orange money account by debiting your bank account and you can withdraw money from any orange money or Moov Money ATM.
With MOBIBANK you can deposit cash into your bank account from any Orange Money ATM.
The transaction fee from a BICIM account to an Orange Money account is 150 Fcfa. The transaction rate from an Orange Money account to a BICIM account is based on the Orange Money rate barrier.
BICIM provides a range of internet and mobile services to enable you to access your accounts whenever and wherever you want, in complete security:
  • Afgmobile for account-to-account transfers, account-to-third party transfers within the WAEMU zone, ordering cheque books, requesting account statements, printing RIBs, etc.

  • E-statement: electronic account statement
You can access AFGMOBILE Internet at the following address www.bicimali.org (then access your accounts) from any computer connected to the Internet. Secure access thanks to a double key: login + confidential password. For SMS Bank receive an SMS each time a transaction is carried out on your account.
